REFUND POLICY FEMCODE

Hinweis zur maßgeblichen Sprachfassung: Die nachfolgende deutsche Fassung ist eine unverbindliche Übersetzung. Rechtlich verbindlich ist allein die englischsprachige Fassung, die im Anschluss abgedruckt ist.

1. Grundsatz

FEMCODE richtet sich ausschließlich an Unternehmerinnen und Selbstständige (Ziffer 2 der AGB). Gekaufte Programme und Leistungen werden grundsätzlich nicht erstattet, auch nicht teilweise, soweit nicht zwingende gesetzliche Vorschriften etwas anderes vorsehen.

2. Ausnahmen

In besonderen Ausnahmefällen können wir nach eigenem Ermessen eine andere Lösung anbieten. Ein Anspruch darauf besteht nicht. Eine Lösung im Einzelfall begründet keinen Anspruch für andere Fälle oder für die Zukunft.

3. Rückbuchungen

Eine Rückbuchung, ein Chargeback oder ein Käuferschutzantrag ändert nichts an deiner Zahlungspflicht; es gilt Ziffer 6.3 der AGB. Sprich uns bei Problemen deshalb bitte immer zuerst an.

4. Technische Probleme

Wenn Inhalte nicht wie beschrieben funktionieren, melde dich unter support@vyyntures.com. Wir kümmern uns darum. Gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrechte bleiben unberührt.

REFUND POLICY FEMCODE

Governing language: This English-language version is the sole legally binding version of this Refund Policy. The preceding German version is a non-binding convenience translation.

1. Principle

FEMCODE is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs and self-employed persons (Section 2 of the Terms). Purchased programs and services are generally not refunded, not even in part, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

2. Exceptions

In special exceptional cases, we may offer a different solution at our own discretion. There is no entitlement to this. A solution in an individual case does not establish any entitlement for other cases or for the future.

3. Chargebacks

A reversal, chargeback or buyer-protection claim does not affect your payment obligation; Section 6.3 of the Terms applies. If you encounter a problem, please always contact us first.

4. Technical Problems

If content does not work as described, please contact us at support@vyyntures.com. We will take care of it. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
